Her progressive roles as a Benefits Administrator with CitiTrends Inc, a nationwide fashion retailer, HR Generalist with BJHCHS Inc, a regional non-profit health care organization, and a Human Capital Management Analyst with the Department of Navy in Washington DC, prepared her for a Direct Commission as a US Navy HR Officer. During her military career, she honorably served as a Personnel Department Supervisor, Regional Recruiting Officer in Charge, and Program Director until her separation as a Lieutenant Commander. Brandy's unique blend of industry, government and military HR insight allows her to provide innovative and transformative strategic workforce solutions that focuses on workforce engagement. She holds a master’s degree in HR from Webster University and is a certified Human Resources Professional (PHR).
