HR Live Solutions LLC, Chief Solutions Strategist and Founder, Brandy Tookes began her Human Resources career in 2001 as an HR Clerk with the GA Department of Defense. Her progressive roles as a Benefits Administrator with CitiTrends Inc, a nationwide fashion retailer, HR Generalist with BJHCHS Inc, a regional non-profit health care organization, and a Human Capital Management Analyst with the Department of Navy in Washington DC, prepared her for a Direct Commission as a US Navy HR Officer. During her military career, she honorably served as a Personnel Department Supervisor, Regional Recruiting Officer in Charge, and Program Director until her separation as a Lieutenant Commander. Brandy's unique blend of industry, government and military HR insight allows her to provide innovative and transformative strategic workforce solutions that focuses on workforce engagement. She holds a master’s degree in HR from Webster University and is a certified Human Resources Professional (PHR).
